RESERVATION
GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT: To guarantee a reservation, payment must
be received by credit card or cashier's check within 72 hours to guarantee
reservation. If paying by credit card you may: Call in your credit card
information to: 434-535-8787; or E-mail your credit card information
to: register@sws-ogm.org.
You may mail a cashier's check payable to Spiritual Wilderness Solitude
to Reservation Center, PO Box 1111, Fairfax, VA 22038-1111.
RESERVATION
CHANGE POLICY: If reservation dates are changed 60 days or more
prior to the reservation start date, an administrative charge of $35
per residence will apply. If a guest changes a reservation 30 to 59
days prior to the reservation start date, a $35 administrative charge
will apply. No changes can be made less than 30 days prior to the
reservation date.
RESERVATION
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior
to the reservation start date, payment will be refunded minus an administrative
charge equal to 25% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
If a guest cancels 30 to 59 days prior to the reservation start date,
payment will be refunded minus a 50% administrative charge. If cancellation
occurs less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, payment will
not be refunded.
